Humidor Supreme – Warranty Policy
All Humidor Supreme products are backed by a 1-year limited warranty from the original date of purchase. This warranty covers any manufacturer defects or issues related to workmanship that occur under normal use.
To be eligible for a warranty replacement, customers must provide valid proof of purchase (e.g., receipt, invoice, or order confirmation) clearly showing the date of original purchase.
If a product is determined to be defective within the warranty period, Humidor Supreme will replace the entire unit at no cost to the customer. Replacements are issued only if the original warranty is still valid, based on the original purchase date.

Each warranty claim is subject to review and approval by Humidor Supreme.

The warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, improper care, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.

The warranty period is not extended or renewed by the issuance of a replacement product.
